The home is surrounded by beautiful majestic moss-covered Live Oaks and is within easy walking distance to Forsyth park, River Street and downtown shopping, making Savannah Pied-à-Terre on McDonough the perfect origination point for all your Savannah excursions whether you are traveling for business or pleasure.

Crawford Square, is steps away and a relaxing place to read a book or enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee or tea.

Our Master Suite features a queen bed and is beautifully appointed with fine linens, fresh seasonal flowers, ample storage and dressing area.

Relax at the end of your day and pamper yourself in our oversized garden tub or shower with our complimentary spa products including body wash, and herbal body lotion.

Looking for romance? A special offering of Champagne, bubble bath and chocolates can be left or delivered upon request.

The Modern Kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range and granite countertops allowing you to prepare your own meals in style or simply keep snacks and other items on hand.

For your convenience we take the liberty of providing complimentary soft drinks, bottled water, sparkling water, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar, and hot chocolate on hand. However, complete grocery shopping service can be provided upon request.

The Dining area provides convenient seating for four.

The Living Area offers a queen sized sofa sleeper (with extra pillowtop mattress), 32" HDTV, DVD player, assorted Savannah related books and movies.

Have a MP3 player with you? The pied-a-terre offers a convenient speaker hookup so your favorite music is always on hand..

The home features soaring ceilings, crown molding, heart pine flooring, tall large windows (but above ground level for privacy) and comfortable furnishings.

Maps, guidebooks and local Savannah periodicals will keep you abreast of all that Savannah and the low country have to offer during your stay. Also on hand is an assortment of books and DVD's should you decide to rest comfortably during your stay.

Rates:

$150.00 per night (Nov-Feb & August), $175.00 per night (Mar-Oct) Sunday through Thursday (no minimum stay)

$180.00 per night (Nov-Feb & August), $210.00 per night (Mar-Oct) on Friday and Saturday (normally requires a two-night minimum; either Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday, exceptions can apply)

$850 to 1250.00 per week. Rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests may incur higher rates during peak periods.

Holiday rates vary, please call for pricing and availablity.

Total occupancy maximum of four guests.
